Thin Aluminum Work Holding

Here is my first attempt to hold thin aluminum in place so I could mill plates for my butterfly capacitor.

Estlcam is the software I chose to prepare for milling my butterfly capacitor.

My objective is to build a butterfly capacitor for a magnetic loop antenna.

Work holding clamps are essential with a DIY CNC machine.

How close is close enough with MPCNC calibration?

My first 2D plot might not be very creative, but as a “proof of concept” it’s perfect.
